Dweet Fresh
The terms, in plain words.
These terms cover this website and any fragrance you order through it. Using the site or sending a blend request means you accept them. If you do not, please do not place an order.
Who we are
Dweet Fresh is a fragrance studio based in Jamaica, hand-blending custom perfumes to order. We also make Deodorizing Room, Linen & Car Sprays. We work from a private production location, not a walk-in shop. Online and customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed or have limited availability on Sundays and public holidays. You can reach us on WhatsApp (876) 890-3905 or at dweetfreshja@gmail.com.
Placing an order
Sending a blend request through the Scent Lab is a request, not a finished order. We may need to ask questions, suggest changes, or occasionally tell you we cannot make what you have described. An order exists once we have confirmed the blend and the final price with you, and you have paid.
We can decline or cancel a request before payment — for example if a brief is not something we can safely blend, or if we cannot source what it needs.
Prices
All prices on this site are in Jamaican dollars. Prices shown for each blend are starting prices: the final figure depends on bottle size and any add-ons, and we confirm it with you before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never once we have confirmed your order.
Custom orders
We make each fragrance after you order it, to your brief. Turnaround, payment, changes and refunds are all set out in our Custom Order Policy, which forms part of these terms. The short version: once blending has begun, a custom order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
The Designer Inspiration Collection
Certain Dweet Fresh fragrances may be described by reference to well-known fragrances or fragrance houses solely to help customers understand the scent profile, fragrance family or style that inspired the requested creation.
Dweet Fresh products are independently created and sold under Dweet Fresh branding. They are not represented as products of, replicas produced by, or substitutes authorised by any referenced designer, fragrance house or brand.
Dweet Fresh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or otherwise connected with any referenced designer, fragrance house, manufacturer or trademark owner.
Any third-party names or trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive and identification purposes. No third-party logos, packaging or trade dress are used to represent Dweet Fresh products as originating from another brand.
Because Dweet Fresh fragrances are independently prepared, we do not guarantee that a Designer Inspiration fragrance will be identical to, or perform identically to, any referenced fragrance.
Delivery and pick-up
We deliver within Jamaica and offer pick-up by confirmed arrangement only, once your order is ready. Give us an address and a number that reach you — we cannot refund an order that went astray because the details were wrong.
Your part
- Give us accurate information, including any allergies or sensitivities.
- Patch-test any new fragrance before wearing it properly.
- Keep fragrance away from eyes and out of reach of children.
- Be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian order for you.
What we can and cannot promise
We take reasonable care in preparing each Dweet Fresh fragrance using selected fragrance and perfumery materials and in accordance with the order details confirmed with you.
Fragrance is subjective and its performance can vary from person to person. We therefore cannot guarantee that a fragrance will smell the same on every person, project a particular distance, last for a specific number of hours, or perform identically in different conditions. Skin chemistry, application, climate, storage and other factors can affect fragrance character and performance.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Dweet Fresh promptly so that we can review the circumstances and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in accordance with these Terms, our applicable policies and Jamaican law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dweet Fresh is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from matters outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited under the laws of Jamaica, including applicable consumer rights.
Our content
The photographs, writing, artwork, name and branding on this site belong to Dweet Fresh. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking us first.

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and what we do with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the studio grows. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
