How a custom order works.

We mix every Dweet Fresh fragrance by hand, after you ask for it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That is what makes it yours, and it is also why ordering here works differently from buying a bottle off a counter.

Sending your blend request

You describe the fragrance you want — the mood, the notes you love, the ones you cannot stand, how strong it should sit, and when you will wear it. Sending that request does not create an order yet. We read it, come back to you, and settle the details together before we blend anything.

Confirming and paying

Once we have agreed the blend and the final price, we send you payment details directly. You pay the studio, not this website — you will never enter card or bank details here.

After paying, send your proof of payment over WhatsApp or Instagram. Your order is confirmed once we have that, and your place in the queue starts from then.

How long it takes

  • We start blending once your payment comes through.
  • Unless we tell you otherwise, allow 3–5 business days after your payment is confirmed for blending, bottling and checks. Weekends and public holidays do not count.
  • Larger or more involved orders can take longer. We will tell you if yours does.
  • Delivery time is separate and starts once your order is handed over. Any delivery time we give you is an estimate.
  • Pick-up is by confirmed arrangement only, once your order is ready.
  • Rush orders may be possible for an extra fee — ask us before you pay.

We give you a timeframe when we confirm your order. Please allow the full window; we handcraft each fragrance using carefully selected fragrance and perfumery materials, and proper preparation takes time.

Maturation

Both alcohol-based and oil-based Dweet Fresh fragrances may continue to develop after blending. For fuller maturation and scent development, we recommend allowing approximately 4–6 weeks from the blending date.

This maturation period is separate from our normal 3–5 business-day production timeframe. Your order does not need to remain with Dweet Fresh for the full maturation period and may be collected or dispatched once production and quality checks are complete.

You may begin wearing your fragrance after receiving it; however, if the recommended maturation period has not yet passed, the fragrance may continue to develop in the bottle. Its smoothness, depth, projection, longevity and overall character may evolve during this time.

Fragrance performance also varies according to factors including skin chemistry, application, environment and storage. The recommended maturation period does not guarantee any particular level of projection, longevity or scent performance.

What "custom" means

Your fragrance is built around what you told us. Two things follow from that, and they matter enough that we ask you to acknowledge them before we start:

  • Scent is subjective. How a fragrance reads on your skin, how far it projects and how long it lasts vary from person to person — with your skin, the weather, and how you store the bottle.
  • A new perfume keeps developing. Your fragrance may continue to develop and mature for approximately four to six weeks after blending. Its smoothness, depth, projection, longevity and overall character may continue to evolve during this period.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as you can. Before blending begins we can usually adjust the brief or cancel it. Once blending has begun, the materials are committed to your formula and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refunds

Custom fragrances are non-refundable once production begins. Because the blend was made to your brief and to no one else's, we cannot resell it.

Not liking how a scent turned out for you — its character, its projection, how long it lasts, or how it changed as it matured — does not qualify for a refund or exchange. That is the trade-off of something made only for you.

If something is wrong on our side — the wrong blend, a damaged bottle, a leak in transit — reach out. We will make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits any remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Jamaican law.

Skin and sensitivities

Tell us about any allergies or sensitivities when you send your brief, and we will work around them. Fragrance still sits on skin, so patch-test a small amount on your inner arm before wearing a new blend properly. Stop using it and speak to a doctor if you react. Keep fragrance away from eyes and out of reach of children.
