Your privacy matters.
What we collect
When you send a blend request through the Scent Lab, we collect:
- The name you want on your fragrance, and who it is for
- Your fragrance preferences — the mood you are after, notes you love, notes you dislike, how strong you want it, and when you will wear it
- The blend you choose and any add-ons
- Anything else you tell us about your scent vision, including any allergies or sensitivities you choose to share
- A WhatsApp number or Instagram handle, so we can reach you
- That you agreed to our order terms, and whether you chose to receive news and offers from us
Allergy and sensitivity details are health information. We ask only so that your blend is safe for you to wear, we use it for nothing else, and you are free to leave it out.
This website does not ask for an email address, a delivery address or any payment details. If you share a delivery address with us later while arranging your order over WhatsApp or Instagram, we use it to get your fragrance to you and nothing more.
While you are filling in the Scent Lab, your part-finished blend is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it. It stays on your device, it does not reach us until you send it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
What we use it for
This information may be used for:
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Delivery and shipping
- Customer service and communications relating to an order
- Custom fragrance consultations and order management
- Payment and transaction administration, where applicable
- Fraud prevention, security and legal compliance
- Business recordkeeping
- Promotional communications where the customer has expressly opted in
Service Providers and Disclosure of Information
Dweet Fresh does not sell customers’ personal information.
We may disclose or make personal information available to trusted third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our business, fulfil orders, provide requested services, maintain our website, process payments, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.
These service providers may include website and form providers, payment processors, email and communications providers, delivery or courier services, cloud storage providers, analytics providers, and other technology or operational service providers.
For example, information submitted through Dweet Fresh online forms may be processed and stored using third-party technology platforms such as Google.
We aim to disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service. Third-party providers process information in accordance with their own privacy practices and applicable requirements.
Dweet Fresh may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our legal rights, prevent fraud or misuse, or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
Payments
We do not take payment on this website. Once your blend is confirmed, payment is arranged directly with the studio. No card details, bank details or payment information are ever entered on this site, and we will never ask you for them here.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including processing and managing orders, responding to questions about previous orders, maintaining appropriate business and transaction records, meeting legal or regulatory requirements, resolving disputes and protecting our legitimate business interests.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, we will take appropriate steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to any applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Because fragrance preferences and previous blend information may help us recreate or discuss a past fragrance, relevant order information may be retained as part of your customer and order history where appropriate.

We will consider and respond to requests in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, transaction, dispute-resolution or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
